Sean Theaker, Founding Partner

Having qualified in Mechanical & Electrical Services’ quantity surveying at Nottingham Trent University, Sean began his construction experience in the private sector, acting on behalf of employers on major schemes at home and aboard. Now a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators with a Diploma in Arbitration, he has spent nineteen years presenting cases on behalf of Pyments’ Clients and is also a Law Society “Checked” Expert Witness. To ensure he keeps his mind fresh for the many and varied challenges he encounters in the construction industry, he relaxes by meticulously restoring his Staffordshire cottage.
