Tim Hart, Founding Partner

Tim has spent 27 years in multi-disciplinary practice including nine with his first company before setting up Pyments in 1990. With overall responsibility for the business as a whole, he brings immense experience from the project services and dispute resolution sector. His workload includes major project troubleshooting, adjudication advocacy as well as assisting/advising colleagues in day-to-day business activities and conducting proficiency workshops. Tim is a Full and Practicing Member of the Academy of Experts and a Law Society "Checked" Expert Witness. A lifelong sportsman who still plays five-a-side football every week, albeit badly, Tim firmly believes that, despite the seriousness of the role, a sense of humour is vital in managing the stresses and strains of modern business.
