Instructed by Water Engineering Contractor

The Water Engineering Contractor has entered into a heavily amended Framework Agreement with a Water Company based on an NEC4 Option A / Option C / Option E. Pyments were instructed to review the Terms and Conditions and prepared a full day training workshop to the Contractor’s Commercial and Operational Team, and to ensure commercial and contractual compliance with the Contract as amended by the Framework.
