Instructed by Main Contractor

Prepare ‘Programme Verification Report’ for internal review by the Main Contractor on a circa £30m project at commencement stage, and to ensure commercial and contractual best practise, and compliance with the CIOB Planning Protocol 2021.

This report was prepared as one of three programme verification exercises which adhered to the Pyments’ ethos of “prevention rather than cure”.
